Everyone i dealt with at the dealership is fantastic my biggest complaint and reason I didnt give 5 stars is the time it takes for a simple oil change. It should not take 90 minutes to complete. I had an appointment at 8am. I did not receive any text with service recommendations until 9am. After a horrible experience at a dealer in California where they said my brakes were completely worn down and wouldn’t make it home without a $1,000 repair. I took it to Woodhouse GMC in Omaha and had it checked over. Brakes were fine no repairs needed. Honest fast service the way it should be.
Mark and Nelson are great.
Communication was excellent. Salesman was attentive without being over bearing. Finance team was the best I have ever worked with. Dealing with services department on a follow-up item on the truck, and so far they have been super to work with. One of my best buying experiences so far.

I wanted to take a moment to highlight EXCEPTIONAL customer service that I received at Woodhouse GMC and want to specifically highlight Sean Clark who was my Senior Advisor for the repair. I went to H&H Chevrolet in Papillion today fully prepared to buy a truck. The online price was the reason I showed up — and unfortunately, that price turned out to be nothing more than bait.
After the test drive and running numbers, the price suddenly jumped thousands of dollars above the advertised internet price. The explanations were vague, the numbers kept changing, and after over two hours of back-and-forth, they never even came close to honoring the price that brought me in. I got my oil changed in a timely manner.
I purchased a 2026 sierra 1500 from my kitchen table on December 20,2025. They delivered the vehicle on December 22 3hrs from the dealership.
My check cleared the bank on December 30th. I emailed and texted both the salesman and business manager and never received a response about when I would get the title to license it. I finally had to call woodhouse corporate office 3 days before I finally got intouch with lady that said she would check and see what was going on because her info said the title was lost. Amazing service. I went to the part department and a gentleman that goes by initials J.E showed me what real customer service really is. He was very patient, professional, knowledgeable and most importantly went above and behond to make sure i get waht i needed.
My car was rear ended and had some pretty good damage. Josh and Allison and the team in body shop went above and beyond for my vehicle. The workmanship on my vehicle is amazing!!! The communication from Allison was great never felt like i didn't know what was going on with my vehicle! Any time I have work that needs done will definitely be at Woodhouse! Timely repair, very nice waiting room and and customer service guy was nice !
Please check on people waiting in the waiting area after a few hours to update us on our cars. We feel forgotten. I'm a nurse and we are always careful to update families frequently during surgical procedures. Jose was very helpful.
Ted and everyone at Woodhouse GMC was an absolute pleasure to work with! This is my 5th vehicle with Woodhouse and they are always fair and make the process a great experience.

Bought a vehicle completely over text from 4 hours away. Gus was a great helped and provided any picture or service record I asked for. The deal was quick and easy, paperwork was all done over email. The vehicle was delivered to me for a small fee, which was very reasonable considering I didn’t have to waste a whole day to make the 8 hour round trip. While traveling from Wisconsin to western Nebraska the valve body on my 2023 GMC truck went out in western Iowa. I called ahead to the nearest GMC dealer (Woodhouse Buick GMC) and they were willing to look at it. After diagnosing the truck, Ian (service advisor) went to bat and luckily found a new valve body and set me up with a courtesy vehicle so I could continue on to western Nebraska. Sale guys are great. Unfortunately the service department will drive customers away. Bought a new truck wanted them to swap some GM accessories that took 30mins for another dealership to install. They have had more than half a day and can’t get it done. I will never buy another truck from them again. I would rather drive an hour to get the job done timely.

I was in to check for an oil leak and also requested to have the transmission flushed for preventative service. I have a 2018 Buick Regal Tourex, purchased new. As they were beginning the task, they discovered it was an 8 speed, not the expected 6 speed. We didn't know that. Because of this, and having been quoted for the 6 speed cost, I wasn't charged the actual cost. The fluid alone is $100 per quart. They also had to track down the fluid and a seal, which were rare. Our experience started out just fine as we purchased a 2025 Buick Enclave on March 1. However, a few days later the car had to be returned due to a bad switch in the electrical harness. Our salesman (Xavier) got us a loaner vehicle and we waited for the part to come. Woodhouse ordered a new switch that finally showed up a couple weeks later - however, it was smashed! Went there to look at a vehicle, the guy said there was another person in line to look at it so we just walked around waiting until he came back up to us saying that there will actually be 2 people now before us. We just left, the guy didn’t even seem interested in showing us other vehicles that we were willing to pay cash in full. He was nice but kinda sucked
