Went there to look at a vehicle, the guy said there was another person in line to look at it so we just walked around waiting until he came back up to us saying that there will actually be 2 people now before us. We just left, the guy didn’t even seem interested in showing us other vehicles that we were willing to pay cash in full. He was nice but kinda sucked


Everything was great, my service advisor Cody was excellent! He took the time to listen to me and was able to answer all of my questions. My car was ready when they said it would be and the gentleman that helped when I picked it up was very nice. I will definitely continue to take my car here for all services.

I dealt with Frank Axiotes and my buying experience was excellent. I live in Colorado and had never dealt with Woodhouse Buick GMC. Not only was my experience with Frank excellent, he also offered to deliver the vehicle to my home (450 miles away) at no charge. This is truly service after the sale!

We had our vehicle repaired here after a front end collision. The accident was not my fault and I had issues communicating with the insurance company that handled the claim. Excellent service from Woodhouse Buick GMC in Omaha. I had a great experience with Zachary N, who helped me in test driving and purchasing the vehicle. I was able to do most of communication my preferred way, via text. He was very professional and took god care of me every step of the way, answering all my questions, and making sure any concerns I had about the vehicle were addressed.

I received a recall notice for my 2024 GMC Canyon Denali on Saturday, October 19. I called the dealership on Monday, October 21 to set up an appointment for this recall. The service department called me back within an hour and said they had the necessary parts on hand. They were able to schedule my appointment for that same afternoon. My experience with Woodhouse was really good. Very professional on the phone when I set my appointment. The people at Edward's Buick GMC should take some notes on how to do things professionally, they were rude on the phone and the service advisor never returned my call to set up the appointment for my recall issues.

I bought a GMC 2500 HD Sierra there. Service used to be great. This time I brought it in for a bad rear tail light and to have the oil changed and tires rotated. It was filthy after being towed across the country behind my motor home. When I picked it up it hadn't been washed and the tail light hadn't been repaired. The service writer said they intended to wash it, but hadn't, if that makes sense. He said they had no record of me asking to have the tail light fixed and it needed a new ...
