I purchased a 2026 sierra 1500 from my kitchen table on December 20,2025. They delivered the vehicle on December 22 3hrs from the dealership. My check cleared the bank on December 30th. I emailed and texted both the salesman and business manager and never received a response about when I would get the title to license it. I finally had to call woodhouse corporate office 3 days before I finally got intouch with lady that said she would check and see what was going on because her info said the title was lost. It's funny she messaged me the next morning that the title just showed up from the dealership and that she would send it to me next day. I greatly appreciate her help . It's like the dealership got the check so we can forget about the person the bought the vehicle. We are to busy making sales to worry about the previous customer.

Sale guys are great. Unfortunately the service department will drive customers away. Bought a new truck wanted them to swap some GM accessories that took 30mins for another dealership to install. They have had more than half a day and can’t get it done. I will never buy another truck from them again. I would rather drive an hour to get the job done timely.

2022 Denali 2500 duramax diesel. Denied warranty repair. 22000 miles, less than 3yrs old. Unacceptable!

I bought a GMC 2500 HD Sierra there. Service used to be great. This time I brought it in for a bad rear tail light and to have the oil changed and tires rotated. It was filthy after being towed across the country behind my motor home. When I picked it up it hadn't been washed and the tail light hadn't been repaired. The service writer said they intended to wash it, but hadn't, if that makes sense. He said they had no record of me asking to have the tail light fixed and it needed a new air filter. He said they didn't replace the filter because I had not given ;permission, in spite of them having my cell number.

I purchased my new 2018 Sierra Denali at Woodhouse Buick GMC, and have always taken it back for any service needed. My last visit on 11/22/23 was for an oil change and tire rotation, and during the service the technician and Sean the Service Writer noticed that the battery seemed sluggish. After a load test it was confirmed that I needed a new battery, so I asked them to replace. They saved me from potentially being stranded somewhere in the cold or winter. I really appreciated that very much. Professional, organized, clean, and classy all jump to mind when I go to this dealership and I always wait for the service to be completed. Always coffee and nice people there. I will always take my GMC to Woodhouse.
Woodhouse was good... However Ted "the dude"'s follow up was poor. Ordered a new GMC and I understand it takes forever now-a-days, but the follow up was atrocious. Never there, always on vacation. Wouldn't return a call or email. Even after giving me his cell or his "direct number".
